This year the Arthur Fancy family had moved to Pleasant River.  Margaret Colp had also moved to Pleasant River School where her mother, Marjorie, was the teacher.  They boarded at Lloyd Colps until moving to Ontario in the early 1950s.  Teacher`s salary had increased to $1,000 per year, and George Fancy was secretary of trustees.
